I cant remember the service staff name. Screenshot her face from my short video to show. Very attentive and helpful. We had a great celebration here. But for price wise is slightly on the steeper end, as the broth is charged via per pax per pot. Room was slightly squeezy where i sat at the door side collecting and deliver of dishes most of the time had to go through my side, less comfy i would say.

It’s really good that it’s open also at night ! Because if you had jet lag and if you can’t sleep best thing to do is eating something 😭
Beauty in the pot is really nice place and has a really helpful staff. We had beauty collagen broth and vitamin c tomato sweet corn soup. They were tasty. It’s not like other pot places.
First you drink the soup, then you boil things… I guess… Still complicated a bit for me
We choose sliced Australian beef and Japan Wagyu beef. Australian beef was softer than Japan Wagyu beef. However both were delicious
I drank sour plum juice. Perfect ! They also refresh once you finish your glass.

I am a fan of Beauty in The Pot. I usually go to the Vivocity Outlet.
Their collagen soup as a base is one of the best. Full of robust flavors and dried scallops shreds.. With this soup, actually don’t need any condiments to go along.
The ingredients are fresh…
Service is good.
And they offer good discounts quite frequently, especially if u join as a member of the Taste Paradise Grp… one can eat, dim sum, hot pot, xiao long bao across this chain of restaurants.

Reservations recommended during peak periods. Good place just for 2 or big family.
Their Collagen soup and tomato base soups in my opinion are the best. If you cant finish it, pack it back. Good for reheat with instant noodles.
Good selection of fresh condiments. Table is kept tidy and bowls refilled.
Good selection of meat and seafood. Please select carefully as the prices varies vastly especially the live seafood section. Means you are gonna order a whole fish and sliced up and charged by its weight.
Tang oh is my favourite vegetable.
End of the meal with a complimentary refreshing shot, served by the staff.

Not all hot pot are created equal - the service here is fantastic and ingredients high quality. Well worth the premium vs other more basic hot pots.
No1 highlight - the collagen soup, you have to drink a bowl before cooking in it, it’s mandatory.
Also have the option to really order some special seafood if you’re keen.
Environment is fairly standard but comfortable and clean, they even have a playground for kids.
A staple for us will come again and again.

Recent reviews seem like bought reviews where most have less than 10 reviews. Have been visiting this outlet multiple times over the years but their recent service standard is dropping and is not as friendly as before. Also there are multiple flies around the whole place.
Their food is still good as usual. But do take caution with their live seafood, we tried their bamboo clam and half the group had food poisoning.

Probably my 2nd time to this outlet. It's still one of the better quality hotpot chains in Singapore. When you are tired of haidilao, beauty in the pot is a good change up.
The service is pretty normal. You don't get the same as in haidilao but I not that kind of customer who needs super attentive service. It was good enough.
Food quality wise, as usual, was good. That's the selling point of this restaurant I must say.
