I’ve been to Beauty 21 for years and this new location is definitely an upgrade. A more upscale, spa-like interior allows me to enjoy my teen facial treatment even better. My therapist Lai Kuan, who apparently has been at Beauty 21 for over 20 years is very skilled and delicate. Highly recommend this place for their traditional facial treatments.

Was introduced by a friend of mine to this shop. Nice and peaceful environment but the best thing about this place was definitely the staff. My therapist, Mary was very skilled in her work and I really enjoyed the extraction procedure that was relatively painless. The front desk person, Serene was also very nice and did not engage in hard selling. Will recommend especially if you are looking for facials in the Orchard area.

Was walking along Orchard Gateway and discovered this shop. Realised the reviews were good and decided to give them a shot for their $60 lunch time facial deal. The therapist was very skilled and the massage was very relaxing. No hard selling of packages or products. Will visit again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I like that you are able to customise your facial treatment such as the thoroughness of the extraction process. The staff were also professional and would help you determine the suitable type of treatment for your skin type.

Have been with Beauty 21 for over 10 years or more. Visited when I had pimple issues on my cheeks and chin back then, I was very depressed!
Mary saved me with her extraction skills and gentle facial treatments. There is no scarring and my skin has been smooth and bumpless for many years, thanks to her expertise.
The most important experience is there is no hard selling of packages or products, I have never once been asked to buy anything in the past 10 years.
No stress facials are the best, thank you Mary and the lovely staff of Beauty21! Love the convenient location next to Somerset MRT too.

i really liked the service here - the beautician was just the right balance of chatty and calming. she didn't talk to me the whole time, and gave me the space to just luxuriate in silence too. i always end up dozing during facials, and I'm glad the experience was unobtrusive.

I've been a customer of Beauty 21 since my early 20's and their service level has always been very good and consistent. Recently I've tried their eyebrow beautification service and I must say that I'm very happy with the result, as the effect is very natural and even. I'm someone who is very particular about the arch and shape of my brows and Beauty 21 has met my expectations! Thanks Mary and Ros! :)

Ling Fan was really meticulous and is the gentlest. There was minimal pain during extraction and I loved the entire facial experience. Would recommend to especially those who dread extractions. Feeling relaxed and face is clean and plump after facial.

Went there for the first time that day for a facial and the staff was so nice to assess my skin condition and recommend a facial treatment that was most fitting for my current skin condition. love the relaxing environment and service! Did the PHYRIS calm and even facial treatment with OMEGA light therapy. Was served by Chloe and I must say she's really knowledgeable in what she does! skin was glowing right after the facial and I could really feel the difference in pore size and skin texture the next day... would definitely go back again for maintenance. Highly recommend.

Coming for years and this review is to support them. This place has never once hard sell me. Lay Kuan is the lady I go to and she’s awesome. I love her mini massages whenever she does my facials.
