It was a fun experience, but you need to have a certain cardio level to be able to last throughout the whole class. We signed up for Bbounce Lite Trial Class, and it wasn't as easy as the name sounds.

Been with them for 3 years and counting. Very motivating instructors that pushes us beyond our comfort zone. Classes are released every Friday for booking. However, we are able to see the schedule on Wed / Thursday. It allow us to plan ahead to what classes to book. Always a great workout after a long day at work. Receptionist are always smiling and making us feel welcome whenever we are there.

It's always my favourite place to work out. Great music with bounce kaki work out together. The trainer here is well train and fit too!

Fitness is for everyone and this is a good place to start. The trainers are attentive, well-versed, passionate and most importantly they make you break a sweat in a fun way. I am still hooked on to their rebounding classes even when I am in my 5th year with the studio. The electrifying music coupled with the simple, yet functional movements are still so addictive!

Have been working out at bbounce studio for a little over 2 years and enjoyed it a lot! I enjoyed their bbounce lite class the most which is more cardio centric as I need cardio but find running very boring and unmotivating. Lite classes entails you to bouncing and moving to the rhythm which is loads of fun and sometimes the instructors will add in a little mix of surprise to catch you off guard! Instructors are friendly and passionate as well and they will always try to inspire you to do your best or more! Would definitely recommend to people like me who need cardio but want something more rhythmic and upbeat!
