I visited on 15 Nov 2025, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted not by professionalism, but by the jarring sound of two young female staff members chatting loudly, as if the boutique were their personal hangout rather than a supposed luxury streetwear store. The atmosphere felt closer to a fish market than a premium retail space.
What struck me most was the complete absence of basic courtesy—no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even the slightest attempt to make a customer feel welcome. Ironically, I later noticed that greetings were offered selectively, almost at random, when another group of customers entered. This inconsistency only reinforced the impression of indifference and judgmental behavior.
For a store that positions itself as “luxury,” the lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and respect was glaring. If this is the standard of service, then the brand image is being undermined from within.

employee is very rude, nvr really assist me and my friends, the employee seemed to look down on us, and when we tried to ask for the socks, they didnt have our size and they made fun of us and suddenly told us the price in a sarcastic manner they laughed at us with the other employee when we walked away to find other products. I am really dissapointed bcuz they made me really mad and that I had to write this review. Other than the incident above, after we went to find other products, we were taking a look at the shirts, a female staff pushed us away and seemed to wiping the dust on EVERY AND SPECIFIC products that ONLY we touched. I went here to buy some clothes and only came to singapore for that reason and it really ruined my stay in Singapore. I will nvr come hear again and hope my review come to your notice

I visited on the 12th of December. In the afternoon, there were 2 very nice Chinese girls who assisted me with my requests. I wanted to buy a shirt and they helped me with my queries about sizing and materials. Thankful to these 2 young ladies who helped me. I am very satisfied with this experience.

Great material and big space. Easy to locate as it is near orchard road, 313 and cine... There are stairs downstair to go up as well. Staff are not the nicest. They need to be prompted otherwise they will not come to you.

Awesome store. Staff are helpful and friendly, without that attitude that you might find at other streetwear stores.

Great store! The shop had a nice vibe and the staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The store had a wide collection of men’s jackets, hats, shoes and shirts, they also have a small collection for kids that sells t-shirts. The bad thing is you can’t try on the clothes but only see and hold, so you have to know what size you want from the start but on the other hand when you buy something you get some free BAPE logo stickers and everything from footwear to clothing will be wrapped and packaged for you in a product bag. Overall great store to have a look in.

Nice decor, nice place. Staff are pretty friendly. Product range is good and on point, great for twinning with your bf/gf. Only gripe is why are the prices of official Bape store here selling almost like reseller prices? :((
