Perhaps the worst customer service experience I have ever had any where .
25 emails to customer service (flowery long emails no real intent) and 4 phone calls to store over 2 months — they are not remotely interested in solving a customer’s problem after selling. Been promised service centre will call back and nothing happens What a disappointment the soundbar has been. Soind goes off in the middle of watching every other day.

Update on 30 Sep 2023.
We were so mesmerised by the B&O Explore Ferrari edition we bought from our last visit - both in terms of the red colour & the sonic performance - that we went back to get another, to pair up as a stereo.
Was attended to by Pat, who was more than pleased to do us a demo, and took the time & effort to set up a pair of Explore to let us have a listen.
The Explore sounds great as a single unit, but when paired in stereo they are fabulous. It added a new dimension.
Pat was patient, generous and thoughtful to also let us try and audition some other products in the showroom.
We ended up with another Ferrari Explore and a set of Ferrari Beoplay EX earphones - our second visit and second purchase in two weeks.
We had an absolutely wonderful time in the store. Thoroughly enjoyed the exemplary service, and the warm and sincere attention

A bit of a late review. Visited the store on 09 Sep 2023 to check out the latest Ferrari collection.
Was attended to by Agnes, who took the time to introduce us the various products, explaining to us the features, and the technology behind.
The service was exemplary, warm and attentive. We had a pleasant time in the store, and enjoyed the excellent shopping and purchase experience.

Bought Beoplay E8 2.0 recently-- Very premium and good quality or charging case indeed, the sound quality of this TWS really amazed and impressed, especially on clear vocal and alto. Bass not their strength obviously ( can looking for Sony XM series if you prefer heavy bass ), treble could be better ( if you prefer good treble perhaps E8 3.0 will be better option ).
Recommend run in the ear bud at least 24 hours first ( in total ), from 20-30% volume during first 8 hours then 50-60% volume for 8 hours, finally 70-80% for 8 hours. You will notice that the sound quality will much better after the run in.
Good buy however only 4 Star rating due to high Retail Price. If discounted item below $300 then will be very perfect earbuds for this price range.

The Beolab 8 is absolutely incredible—words can hardly do it justice! The sound quality is phenomenal, all packed into a beautifully designed, compact, and elegant package. You truly have to hear it to believe it! It delivers big, immersive sound from a small, jewel-like design. If you’re considering it, the Beolab 8 is worth every penny.

I love the audio output from my b&o beoplay EQ but super disappointed with the quality of the product. My device is well taken care of and somehow, the left device spoiled [probably due to a dead battery]. Contacted customer service and was told they could not repair it and out of warranty. In summary, b&o could not do anything about it and expected me to purchase a new device with 20% off. But what is the point of getting it when the quality of the product is questionable and the customer service cannot repair it? Also, it was so hard to contact the service centre. Overall experience, I love the audio output but hate the product quality and services. Purchase it if you can afford to change it every year.

Very courteous and patient retail assistant. She is also helpful on teaching me on how to use the product that I bought. I have test the sample of the HX for a long time and I found it to be my ideal headphone.
