Terrible service from the old lady. Pls don’t work here if you do not want to serve. Asked for sweet herbal tea then explained unnecessary info to confuse me, and didn’t point out I got the one that’s not sweet. I walked off unhappy, still yelled at me why I look grumpy. Go somewhere else if you want better herbal tea, we don’t deserve this after paying for premium.

Really inconsistent. We usually buy 4-5 bottles of barley each time, and one bottle would taste perfectly fresh and sweet while the other two would taste sour and spoilt. This has happened on a few occasions and my family members have gotten stomach issues after drinking the barley.

Tried the sugarcane with red bamboo leaf, which tasted like a normal sugary drink. Quite expensive at $5 a bottle.

Bought drink from Bao Cao Wei on 28 Oct 1.30pm for my toddler son. Son drank few sips and didnt want to drink. Curious, I took one sip and found out drink was sour coupled with carbonated taste. Immediately i know drink was spolit. After inspecting the bottle, i noticed bottle is without any expiry date. Went back to the stall which was mended by 2 female and 1 male staff. Informed the female chinese staff and she replaced it with new bottle and took back contaminated drink and threw it into dustbin. When i questioned staff why no expiry date and who will be responsible if my son got sick, none of staff responded. When i told staff to return back the contaminated drink from rubbish bin, chinese female staff refused and poured away content into sink. This act is suspicious and I hope SFA will take action on this stall.
