Very old and poorly maintained mall. The walls are covered in mold and mildew and smells very damp. In the fire escape the paint is peeling off the walls and ceilings. Seems like a health hazard.

It's a bit sad that this shopping complex is now very quiet - especially upstairs. Lots of shops closed. Ground floor stores are still mostly open with a few tailors and salons. The new store Miss Saigon is upstairs with great Vietnamese food.

Parked there on 14 Nov 2025 on a Friday after 5pm and was charged $6+ for 2h. It's website and other parking websites show $3+ for first 3h which is not true at all! Irresponsible mall management!

I went to Lilen fashions for repairing some torn sleeves/haberdashery. Rosalind was very fast and did an excellent job. Very reasonably priced and can't even see the stitching.

Old school shopping mall with lots of tailors at the ground floor. There is quite a number of small Japanese bars that look very interesting. Generally a good mix of shops even though there is also an overwhelming number of cosmetic parlours just like in other small shopping malls along Orchard.

1st time here to try De Healing Hand by Francis at #01-67. My husband had bad pain at the back and after the massage. He can walk sit n stand. Great experience not the same as where we go. U all should try. Francis will see head to toe before he can say what is our problem.. ok i stop. U go n try only then u know!!;

Orchard BCM is nice Thai food can skipped.

One of the old plaza have one halal food restaurant and Chinese food restaurant too And Cort stretching place and massaging laundry and more more have in orchard plaza
