I have visited this branch since I started living in Singapore, and have had glasses all my life. The service you find here is nowhere near other glasses shop I’ve been to. The staff, especially Joan, is detailed, patient, knowledgeable in the field, and they go out of their way to ensure your eyes are balanced and not straining. I think all the other reviews here have already proven the staff’s high standard of care.
I would say, go here if you want to know how to care for your eyes, understand your prescription and eyes better, and not just a quick and dirty way (but not thorough) of getting your prescription glasses. Highly recommend!

I have been patronizing Atlantic Optical for over 6 years now, since they were at i12. The entire team and particularly Eugene Low have always provided exceptional services and given advice that is fair - never pressuring or upselling.

Atlantic Optical is by far the best of all the optical stores I've been with over the years, and I'm beyond glad to have found them.
The store location is convenient, and they stock a good selection of spectacle designs and contact lens varieties from top brands at a range of different price points.
The staff here are brilliant. Terry, Eugene, and Joan have been such a great help to me at every visit. They are friendly, professional, and exceptionally patient. They're always happy to offer eye care advice and answer my multitude of questions. I've received their assistance with contact lens purchases, custom spectacle orders, comprehensive eye exams, and miscellaneous maintenance services for my spectacles and sunglasses.
Terry and Eugene are meticulous and highly competent. I appreciate their ability to advise customers on the available spectacle / contact lens options tailored to our individual needs by explaining the benefits and detriments of each and enabling us to make informed decisions.

Normally I don’t post comments but they definitely deserve one. I forgot my contact lenses in my country and was really upset about using my glasses all the time. I found the store by chance and while every other optician was saying contact lenses arrive approximately in 2 weeks in Singapore (especially with astigmatism), they delivered new lenses in just 1 day!
