As this is my first time getting a CTCA done, the staff, Ms Regina, was very detailed in her explanation and comforting, creating a calm atmosphere for me in preparation for it.
She showed strong work ethics and propensity, coupling it with polite mannerism and professionalism.
In the CT room, together with Ms Hanuka (not sure if her name is spelt correctly), they patiently guided me through the angiogram, telling me what to expect and how to respond to it, making the whole process a smooth and painless one.
With their competency, both of them are excellent representatives of AsiaMedic and definitely an asset to have.

Smooth registration and welcoming staff. Rika helped coordinate with the staff my registration , direction to the MRI and the facilities and helped me whilst I was on crutches.

I always specially request to doctor’s staf for My father yearly MRI scan at AsiaMedic Imaging Centre. The staf are kind and definitely foreign visitors friendly

Facility looks ok.
However, staff are cold and impersonal.
Brusque in giving instructions.
Men waiting around the changing area - not the most comfortable.
Options for imaging studies are CD or thumbdrive - yes, in 2025!
