Have been coming here for many years (corporate) and no improvement over the years. If u know the patient need to draw blood and have been fasting whole night shouldn’t that be the priority rather than doing all the other tests and let the patient wait from morning till noon on empty stomach.

Very bad experience here. I paid for the $609 package under Propnex to get the comprehensive test done but the whole experience is making me regret my decision greatly.
1. Very BAD follow-up.
- Did my blood test on 19 Nov (Wed) at Propnex. Was told that someone would contact me to arrange for my pelvic scan.
- Waited till 25 Nov (Tue), and no one contacted me. I messaged them and only then they gave me an appointment date.
- Dropped off my urine & stool samples, did my pelvic scan on 28 Nov (Fri).
- Waited till 3rd Dec (Wed), and still no test results. Messaged and was told that because Doctor was on 1-week leave, hence no one contacted me. They suggested providing me the raw results.
- Received results on 4th Dec (Thu).
- Urine / Stool test results were omitted, and on 5th Dec (Fri), I asked for where it was.
- Received a response on 9th Dec (Tue) with my urine/stool analysis. On the report, it says "RECALL" indicating doctor's attention is required. Joke's on ME, because I had to ASK for the report in order to realise that the report required follow-up which was not informed to me at all.
2. Service at Test Clinic was Lacking
- In general, staff came across as rather curt. They appeared to not be enjoying their jobs. Did not enjoy my time there, and would not recommend.
3. Still no Doctor's consult arranged by them
- Despite having done my test almost a month ago, there's still no appointment made for me to see the doctor.
Overall, would not recommend. I can name a few other companies with way better service that does not make you feel like just another blood bag (both metaphorically and literally).
Edit / Updates:
a) Removed the word "urgent", as it was clarified that "Recall" just meant attention needed, and not actually urgent.
b) Removed mention about nurse doing the pelvic scan. She, along with the rest of the clinic were just kinda tired of their jobs. I've generically described the service as "lacking" rather than "extremely poor".

I've been visiting Asia Health Partners for my annual health check for more than 10 years, and this is my first time with Dr. Yong Bo Ling. I was skeptical initially as I have never reviewed by Dr. Yong. To my surprise, it turns out to be one of the best review sessions I had. She takes time to go through my past medical reports and understand my medical history. She is a very knowledgeable and patience doctor.
Dr. Yong is able to explain my test results in layman term and make it easy for me to understand. She also provided valuable advice on dietary routines for my current health condition, offering concrete steps from her own experience. What I appreciate most is that she never makes me feel rushed during our sessions, ensuring all my questions are answered. I would highly recommend Dr. Yong to future patients.
