Dentist Dr. Miku is fantastic. Experience is great with the dentist and nurse. But their reception staffs had a really poor attitude that makes you feel un-welcomed, probably cos it was a Sunday? No idea. But we as paying consumers do not deserve such a poor snobbish attitude. Receptionist Wai Xin and her colleague could spend less time chit chatting and share a more polite attitude towards customers instead.

Dr Joshua Loh has been taking care of my dental health for many years. He is the most gentle and professional dental surgeon I have met. Other than regular scaling and polishing, I have also done root canal and fillings with him. Dr Joshua has fixed several of my sensitive teeth that are resulted from excessive brushing. Now I can continue to enjoy my cold beverages and ice cream without the pain. He also noticed that I have a tooth that was oddly darker than the rest. Turned out it was a “dead tooth” from my orthodontic treatment at a different clinic. He did root canal and bleaching for that tooth and now it looks perfect again.
I don’t remember having any pain during my visits. Dr Joshua will always check on me during each procedure to ensure that I feel comfortable. I think it is very important and assuring especially for people who have fear of visiting a dentist. Dr Joshua will also explain to me patiently whenever I have any concerns or questions. He makes sure that my concerns are addressed and well treated before I leave his clinic. He will always follow up with a text afterward to make sure everything is alright. I am very thankful to have Dr Joshua to take care of my dental health!
I have also consulted Dr Jimmy for second opinion regarding my orthodontic treatment at another clinic. I regretted not meeting him earlier and have my treatment done with him. On top of his professionalism, he is a very friendly and humorous doctor.
The clinic staff are also very friendly and welcoming. It is always a pleasure to visit this clinic.
I have recommended Dr Joshua, Dr Jimmy and this clinic to many of my friends and family. We have never visited any other dental clinics ever since.

Dr. Joshua is an amazing dentist and I couldn't recommend him more highly. The first time I visited his office, I immediately felt welcomed by his friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Joshua himself is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does, and he always takes the time to make sure that I feel comfortable and informed about the procedures he's performing.
What I love most about Dr. Joshua is that he genuinely cares about his patients. He never makes me feel rushed or like he's just trying to get me in and out of his office as quickly as possible. Instead, he takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly. Dr Joshua Loh is very professional and will not recommend procedures to be done without much thought. He will let you know pros and cons of the procedure. As a dentist, he has very good bedside manners and will alleviate your concerns and worries.
The reception has many areas to sit and they have reading materials which are wrapped and regularly sanitized.
