Had a great time shopping at the Wheelock outlet this afternoon. Both Seah Hui and Sherry are friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the various product offerings and are willing to share their insights with me. Service provided was top notch. I will recommend this place for buying orthopaedic shoes.

Although I did not get any shoes from them, the staff was very patient to let me try the shoes. She knew that it was hard for me to find shoes due to my plantar fasciitis condition so she gave me a name card to another store after realising that none of their shoes was suitable for me. Good service, thank you :)

Didn’t like the service. No one came to help readily. One elderly lady came in measured my shoe size and then gave me a shoe 2 size lose. Kept on insisting that shoes are not loose and I must push my feet back to walk. Then later she added another insole inside and still the shoes were loose. So I decided not to go ahead. So she didn’t show me other shoes. Not trying to sell any of her shoes at all. Not sure what they are doing ??? If you have flat feet diabetic or any other kind of condition this is NOT the right place to go. Not helpful don’t want to show other shoes or take effort. If I am buying shoes worth $200+++ expect little customer service.

Bought a pair of walking shoes for $400+… the soles have worn out in less than 8 months. And please do not tell me that soles will wear out due to friction with rough surfaces, duh.

Actually the 2 aunties tending the shop. Just stood there like statues. Either they served well dressed customers. If not, they cannot be bothered to do business. So I just walked away, since there’s no one to introduce the different type of shoes.

Found in a Quiet shopping mall where there is no crowd at all Very safe n sound as u r in this shoe shop buying n trying their shoes .Price wise is above average but shoes r comfortable .Service is good.
