Had a really good experience here. The front desk team is great. Sherlene is very caring and detailed! She explains things in such an easy way to understand, and I really appreciate how she remembers people’s names so well. It makes you feel seen and comfortable
Rahayu is also lovely, very calm and patient. She guided me through everything clearly and made the whole process less stressful.

I recently had the pleasure of undergoing surgery for my detached meniscus at Aptus Day Surgery, as most hospital could not accommodate an early slot for my injury to be fixed.
I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, I was met with compassion and understanding, staff which greatly eased my pre-op anxiety.
The pre-operative care was immaculate. Nurse Esther took her time to attend to all of my needs, answering my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way right up to anaesthesia.
Her patience and kindness made a world of difference.
Post-operatively, the entire team was dedicated to ensuring that I was well enough to be discharged even though I was throwing up quite a bit. Once I was well enough I had a session of physio at the day surgery so that I was braced for slow walking again.
They went above and beyond, even wheeling me to the taxi stand to ensure I got home safely.
Overall, Aptus Day Surgery is a five-star facility. I am immensely grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of surgery. Thank you, Aptus, for making my experience so pleasant!

Like what others have mentioned. The claim department is very slow! I regret doing my surgery here. My doctor and clinic said there is no issue with their claim processing but it was a lie. I have to call and call to expedite but still not yet submitted to my insurance company.
How am I suppose to do pre and post hospitalisation claim when the surgery claim submission. is stuck at your side?
I even WhatsApp and email to the claim department but to no avail.
Called and always said next week then submit.
Should have totally did the surgery in the hospital instead which usually they will submit in DAYS not WEEKS nor MONTHS.

I brought my mother to Aptus Surgery Center for a procedure. However, the claims process was very disappointing. The staff appeared unfamiliar with the proper procedures, and there was no proactive communication or updates provided to us.
Instead of receiving timely information from their team, I had to repeatedly call to follow up on the status of the claim.
This was a most unpleasant and unprofessional visit.

Did an ankle ATFL & CFL reconstruction here under Dr Mizan.
Anaesthetist and other operating theatre staff here were professional and gave me the assurance I needed.
Stayed over 1 night.
The medical staff was proper and timely in the medications.
They also made sure to check in to ensure sufficient sustenance like water or if I had other needs to meet.
I would recommend this place 😊
If there is one thing they can improve, I would say allowing patients to either order more food or making sure the portion is sufficient. I fasted before my operation that took place 2-4pm and was pretty hungry, so when dinner came (the cod fish from Paul) I devoured it and was still hungry haha

Super bad experience in getting their response in sirtung out insurance and payment letter. Not sure how the company can have sufficient cash flow when their finance is not even urgent in settling my bill which has been outstanding since last year December and im still not getting a response on my finalised invoice to know the amount outstanding for payment.

Was at Aptus today for surgery. What stands out to me about the experience was the amazing care I received while recovering from GA but 2 of the most amazing and lovely women, KC and TT. Smart, knowledgeable, caring, patient and super hard working.
Nursing professionals like these 2 women should be treated like gold. While not doctors, they are part of what makes surgery safe, effective, and as crazy as it may sound, enjoyable!
My sincerest thanks to KC and TT for making this an incredible experience.
