The experiences I had at APM was excellent @ outlet Paragon. The staff Mr Koh & his team, were extremely patience and thoughtful while serving customers, professional and knows the product well. From a consumer expectation, their customer services standard rate above the expected standards as compare to other brands 👍👍 As a returning customer, never once had I feels differently even when each time I go back again to purchase few new launched items…👍

I was amazed and impressed by the professionalism and friendliness displayed by Lin, who was helpful and patient enough to let me and my sisters try on different jewellery models as we went in clueless on which to get. We had a hard time deciding but Lin took time to explain and advice us based on our lifestyle and skin tone. Lin was not pushy or hardsell at all which we appreciate the ample time to decide!He never rushed us even though it's nearing closing time and even served us Evian water and ferrero rocher which took us by surprise!Lin's excellent customer service further reaffirmed our decision to get from him as his service is one of the best.
The overall ambient is super pleasant and inviting which made the whole buying experience comfortable and delightful.
