Bought a day before to eat the next morning. Left in a bread box overnight. Didn’t refrigerate. Warmup in oven for a minute. Not as fluffy & crispy as freshly baked but the buttery smell still strong & taste still good

The best apple pie I ever had!! And I love apple pie so I’ve had plenty, but this is definitely my top favorite! The pastry is very buttery, light and flaky but still has the bite, and sweet Aomori apple fillings. The apple pie cost $7, a little pricey for the size of it when I first saw it, but when I had my first bite, I immediately understood. It is worth the price, the taste, the quality, the ingredients made it all worth it. This review is written upon my second purchase of the apple pie, and it’s still impressed me just like when I had it the first time. Definitely, highly recommended!

Their apple pie is better than the sweet potato pie. The flaky and buttery pastry goes better with the apples. The egg tarts were pretty delicious as well.

nice pies but not sure why they told us that they are sold out for the day at 1pm? and I saw more pies in the racks inside their store. and they restocked later on the same day. is this new marketing tricks to make it seems like they are exclusive?

Takashimaya did the right thing by bringing in one of Japan’s most iconic fruits—Aomori apples—and turning them into delicious pastries. Known for their natural sweetness and crisp texture, Aomori apples are already a joy to eat on their own. So when transformed into a freshly baked pie, the results are exceptional.
I’ve tried the Châteraisé apple pie before, but Anri’s version clearly stands out. The sweet, white apple filling inside their buttery, crusty choux pastry is simply heavenly. Each bite delivers a warm, fruity sweetness with a light crispness that makes it feel both indulgent and refined. At $7 a piece, it might seem like a splurge for a single pastry—but I found it absolutely worth the price.
I had my eyes on their mini croissants as well, but unfortunately, they were sold out during my visit. It only speaks to their popularity—and gives me a good reason to return.
If you’re at Takashimaya and craving something that blends Japanese elegance with French pastry craftsmanship, Anri’s apple pie is a must-try.

The pretty deco attracted me - and I was blown away by the sugar mini croissant! the apple pie does feel abit pricey, while it was good - I’m not sure if it’s worth the entirety of $7. But overall will go back again!
