Andric Leasing at Orchard Towers specialises in private car rental and leasing services, providing flexible vehicle solutions for Singapore residents and businesses. Located at #04-29, this car leasing company offers alternatives to vehicle ownership for customers who prefer the flexibility of rental arrangements or face restrictions on car purchases.
The company focuses on renting and leasing private cars without drivers, catering to customers who need vehicles for personal use, family transport, or business purposes. Their service model allows customers to access vehicles without the substantial upfront investment of purchasing, while avoiding concerns about depreciation, maintenance costs, and resale value that come with ownership.
Operating hours Monday to Friday 9am-6:30pm and Saturday 10am-10pm (closed Sundays) accommodate both corporate clients arranging leases during business hours and individuals seeking weekend vehicle collection. The Orchard Towers location places Andric Leasing in the heart of Singapore's prime district, making vehicle collection and return convenient for customers living or working in central areas.
For foreigners in Singapore on long-term passes who cannot purchase vehicles, or Singaporeans exploring car ownership without commitment costs, leasing provides intermediate solutions. Andric Leasing's central location also benefits businesses needing temporary vehicle additions for specific projects or peak periods, allowing staff to arrange rentals without leaving the city centre for showroom visits in industrial areas.

An old and dingy looking mall. Quite suitable to filmed either haunted movies or scene in the 70s. However, the small canteen serves food that is decent and affordable in price.
On the other hand, the parking price is this place is atrocious. First, the signage of the charges are placed in the most hidden place. It is almost impossible to see it as I drives in. Add you that the parking space is tight and not suitable for modern cars.
Therefore, if one do not have any business in the place, avoid it. If not, do not drive.

It’s been a long time since I visited this centre, and visited today for nostalgic purposes. Wow how it has changed. Quite sparse with shops. Mainly inside units are antique shops. It used to be so much better.
There was an awful smell in the air also.
Lifts are small and mainly full of people visiting office style units on upper floors.
We were approached by a lady from information desk, whom advised there was nothing to see on B1 level and told us to go to level 1 and 2 which we did and found nothingness really.

Mostly art galleries. Very boring and not much here. It's atmosphere is of those shops you find at the ground level of hotels that nobody in their right mind would visit.

A run down shopping mall. The info counter had no one attending to it. The good thing is they provide plastic bags for your wet umbrella. If you need to access the shops in the basement, there is no escalator to that floor. The lift leads to the carpark, which you can then find your way to the shop.

Steeple's Deli on level 2 has been around for a very long time. Food is not bad. Lots of art and antique shops as well as clinics and tuition centres

The classic mall for exotic Asian antiques and objets d'art. You never knew what might be tucked away in that corner or hidden upon that shelf. Several painting galleries too. Investigate before it gets redeveloped. A true treasure trove.

Used to be a popular mall. Usually high end (A-tas) customer patronize this place for many purposes and reason. Price can be expensive for an average income person but can be a great experience shopping at the mall. Hope you find what you are looking.

They have several food gems at this place ranging from Indonesians food, ramen and hotpot. Perfect place for Singapore and to explore! Sometimes u might bump into some local celebs eating out here.

Just walked through, didn't shop. So while the place is definitely beautiful and photographic, I can't say anything as to the price, quality or even type of goods sold in the shops there in. My rating is solely based on the looks.
