We visited the store to browse for a watch for my partner, aiming to find the perfect one. The entire process was stress-free, and the staff who assisted us were incredibly patient. He took the time to show us various options, explain how to care for the watch, and even made adjustments to the bracelet to ensure it fit my partner’s wrist comfortably. After trying on a few designs, she ultimately chose the Longines Conquest in pink. We are extremely happy and satisfied with both the overall experience and the purchase.

Got a Tag Aquaracer for wifey from Darren 3 days ago. Darren was patient and attentive and gave me a good discount for the Tag. I was so impressed with his service that I came back again today and got a Breitling Heritage from Darren's team, Li Xian and Michael. The team's service was exemplary and world-class. They provided me tips on 3rd party straps, watch winder and good handling methods with mechanical watches, not to mention the discount again. Exemplary service!

Lee was very nice and professional. He didn’t make me feel pressured to buy a watch and even told me I can check out the Seiko boutique and then come back to compare prices because he could beat them. Very nice guy and good pricing. They set up the tax refund for me and all was good. My only suggestion would be to understand the GMT function on the watches so if a customer needs help you can better explain to them how it works and how to set it up. But everything else was great and there’s YouTube so I won’t fault him too much for that. Overall great experience and I would recommend this store.
