Very clean shop, owner is very passionate about what he does and doesn't push sales onto you. He'll give you product recommendations based on your needs and sometimes brings in custom product requests. I can't recommend this shop enough. I direct whoever's interested (beginners or experienced) straight to him because he's so kind and approachable and has exciting stories to tell if you have the time LOL. Also LGBT friendly!

Online order went smoothly. Which is very nice given that it was free same-day delivery in a two-hour time slot! I've had good experiences in the physical store as well, the owner was very nice.

Friendly and doesn't hard sell. I've been to almost all sex toys studios in Singapore and this is the best for many areas - friendliness, warranty service (even for toys are not bought from here), choice of quality toys and accessories, and location. The only cons is the shop is small so you don't get to see wide range of toys.

Fantastic customer service! My item was late to arrive from the states so I was offered a replacement of higher value for no extra cost. Couldn't recommend Alice Maple more highly :)

Love this place everyone is really helpful and get all my toys here. Huge store with wide selection. The staffs are super well-informed, positive, and friendly.
