[Update Oct 2025: Since the original post, the team have engaged with us on the issues raised and work has resumed. We are cautiously optimistic of their target handover date of mid-Nov. Will update here with our overall experience after handover.]
Save yourself the pain and look elsewhere. We are in the midst of renovation and this is the worst experience we've had.
We met them in March 2025 and were told by HC, the director, that he would be in charge of our project. Ours is not a big project, the director said multiple times that they would need 7 weeks or less.
Yet, we have been through 3 different designers and they have revised the project timeline 6 times in the span of 6 months.
We've had to liaise with >10 employees on the project, repeating over and over what we previously conveyed, instead of to one focal point.
After spending 2 months on designs, the first designer left the company. They then realised that some of his designs could not be implemented, eg. incorrect measurements or did not account for existing structures. We spent many hours going through everything with them again.
A month later, the second designer was abruptly removed. They later admit that he had deleted all our designs and they had no backup copies. You can imagine how this company manages clients’ property. To this day, we have no proper 3D renderings.
By then it was August. The third designer then advised that a ceiling design agreed in June could not be implemented because of existing structures. Hacking was completed in May, mind you.
Despite all these setbacks, we were willing to continue with them because they seemed sincere in wanting to make amends.
However, at this stage, we have lost all faith. They have shown time and again that they lack the ability to execute and follow through. There is very little planning ahead, we have to chase and ask what is needed next. They have fallen behind every schedule they give us.
• We paid up to 60% of the fees in June 2025 because they confirmed multiple times that tiles and carpentry would be ordered shortly after (quote, “max 3 days” to order carpentry).
In reality, carpentry production only began in August 2025, more than two months later. Tiles only arrived two months after our payment. We never changed any of our tile or laminate choices during this period. In fact, they lost track of what we had selected and had to check back with us.
• When we visit the site, the construction team often ask us how we want things implemented. We do expect a degree of such issues as not everything can be anticipated in advance, but we also realised the construction team had never seen some of the 2D drawings we had spent hours finalising.
• On one visit, we pointed out that the position of the WC and shower shelf looked incorrect. We were assured that they would double check this. 2 weeks later, they had tiled the toilet without checking and asked for the next progress payment. Only when we laid out the measuring tape did they accept that the builder had not followed the agreed drawings and that they have to re-tile. There were also mistakes in the positioning of electrical points in the toilet, requiring re-tiling of the wall.
Even though they have not begun to rectify these mistakes, they have been chasing us for the next progress payment (due on completion of masonry work) and said they will cease work until funds are received.
• Doors/windows were supposed to be installed mid-August. None have arrived and they've ignored our requests for evidence that they've been ordered. Our house has had no windows or doors on the 1st floor for months.
The handover date for a 7-week project started from mid-July and now, mid-October. They have already fallen behind the latest (7th!) revised schedule given 2 weeks ago.
For those working with them, you may want verify everything. Ask for evidence. We have been burnt.
For anyone considering engaging them, we hope our honest review will save you from heartache and weeks of time wasted.

Our experience with Aevi Casa has been nothing short of distressing, and we genuinely feel taken advantage of, misled, and repeatedly dismissed, even after paying $6,600 in full on 3 August 2025. We ordered a customised Green Jade, small marble bar table (150cm × 39cm), 3 bar stools, and 4 dining chairs, based on Eddie's design. The bar table alone cost $4,350, several times above market rate, but we trusted their assurances that we would receive a bespoke Green Jade slab of our choice and delivery in the 1st week of October.
Instead, we endured 4 months of broken promises, wrong items, silence, and constant pressure to accept substitutes we never agreed to. Their assurances that we would receive a bespoke slab of our choice justifying the premium price, have not been honoured at any stage.
• 21 September – Told the bar table was wrongly fabricated.
• 18 October – The promised delivery never happened; Eddie became uncontactable.
• 25 October – Received a photo of a completely different marble slab, nothing like the one we paid a premium for. We made it clear that forcing us to accept a substitute especially for a bespoke bar table priced significantly much more above standard market rates was unacceptable.
• 25 Oct–5 Nov – Our messages were repeatedly dismissed, with no proper updates or accountability.
• 5 November – We formally requested a refund.
• 23 November – At the Scotts Square showroom, we were told our furniture had “arrived,” but discovered the same wrong marble slab yet again. Mr Miao then promised service recovery and delivery by 10 December, which never materialised.
We later learned that the original slab we had selected and paid for had allegedly been sold off, and 2nd & 3rd “alternative slab” we've compromised to accept afterward was also sold off/unavailable.
On 7 December, the person in charge promised a $5,310 refund within 3 days, yet no refund has been made to date. This refund was for a custom bar table with 3 bar stools SET, the table was never delivered, yet we were forced to accept only the 3 bar stools, an incomplete and unusable set. Being given bar stools without the bar table is like receiving car tyres without the car. Despite repeated follow-ups, we were stonewalled, with promises made and broken. I strongly caution others against engaging a business that fails to honour timelines, delivers incomplete orders, and does not follow through on refunds.
It is now Christmas, and instead of enjoying our home, this situation has caused stress and significant inconvenience for our family. Without proper furniture, and without our hard-earned money. After months of patience and good faith, we have made every effort to cooperate, compromise, and provide additional time, but the repeated lapses demonstrate a clear breach of contract, failure to deliver agreed goods, and disregard for basic business ethics. We're left drained with no confidence in further promises.
Aevi Casa is unable to fulfil our order and repeatedly unable to provide the selected customed marble slab, we reiterate our request for a full refund, with no further attempts to pressure us into accepting substitutes. Payment was made specifically for the original selected marble slab and items we customised, not for substitutes or alternatives. This entire ordeal reflects a serious lack of professionalism, ethics, honesty and undermine customers trust.
Polished sales talk upfront, but after payment was made, none of the promises or assurances were honoured. Future buyers should exercise extreme caution.

‼️Unable to deliver requirements in a timely manner‼️
We have engaged SNIMAY CASA as our ID for our new house. We decided to give them a try as they are new in the market but the team has fallen short of expectations. Deposit lost but no regrets in changing our ID at the design stage as they’ve failed to demonstrate their ability to compete the task as discussed.
Despite multiple and detailed communications on our requirements during the on site visit, the drawings that we received were not what we envisioned and communicated to the Project Manager. Our appliances, tall unit and wash basin were all at incorrect locations. It was more appalling to see the tall unit which should cover the water pipe, drawn with a built in appliance. This showed us the lack of care towards our requirements and lack of awareness of our house layout and what design is practicable.
The drawing was not only incorrect but also not provided on time as promised. In response to the incorrect design, the Project Manager sent us screenshots of WeChat messages of her communications with her in house designer that she has communicated our request. As the end customer, these screenshots only goes to show the poor communication they have internally.
Despite knowing the drawing inaccuracies, the Project Manager still proceeded to sent us these drawings as they were running late on schedule and just had to deliver something.
Small things speak volume. We cut the pain short. Think twice and do consider looking for other reliable IDs with positive track record in Singapore.

The service attitude of the staff here is good, and the styles of furniture and cabinets are very diverse. The most important thing is that they are very experienced in the use of space. Although the product was delayed for one day during delivery, I am satisfied with the final product.
