I received a massage as a gift from a friend. The masseuse was quite good. She followed my requests for a light touch massage and was very nice. They gave tea and a dessert afterwards. I recommend Adela Spa.

I booked a couples massage. I explained about my eczema to manager and showed her how dry my skin is. When I was on the bed I turned round as masseuse took towel off and saw the look on her face. She already had a mask and gloves on which felt very clinical. They refused to massage me due to concerns about their oil causing an allergic reaction- I get that. I actually had my own oil with me but the look on her face meant I had already checked out. They offered me a Shiatsu massage; they started this but it felt hard, harsh and impersonal. I stopped the treatment. I was visibly upset. Conversely, my husband's masseuse was brilliant- I didn’t catch her name- she was Chinese and has lived in Singapore for 10 years if that helps identify her. It’s because of her I’m upping my score to 3/5. More conversation pre- treatment about my condition would have avoided my disappointment and upset. I have regular massages in UK with no issues. Shame, as it seemed a nice place. July 2025

I have a facial package with Adeva and I like the variety of facials you can choose. The therapists are all very good so you can’t go wrong. A call out to Jessica for doing an amazing GuaSha and Bojin eye treatment. She was v skilled and knew how to adapt the treatment for my concerns and the results were great and long lasting.

Overall experience was good, my therapist Candy is very knowledgeable, able to spot the areas needed to focus on. Highly recommend.
