The staff located @313 name Marcus has very bad attitude. Me and my friends wanted to combine sales to get discount but he insisted its only for individual. Told me to complain him if not happy. He said he has the right to not do our business and proudly told me his name is Marcus. Our total sales was 400+ and because of him we decided not to buy since he said he has the right to not do our business.

Extremely bad and rude services. I understand that the owner cannot accept the drinks get into their shop. However, we are asking whether we could put on the floor near the gate, the staff still very rude said no and refuse us to get in. We are the good lover of Aape, however, this kind of experience will stop me to buy Aape in the future. Very rude!

It is really bad when I'm looking around in the store, every staff is laughing in the store and nobody is approaching me even when I took the clothes to fitting room, but I can't find the fitting room also nobody is show me the way to fitting room. Compare with Japan, Hong Kong and Malaysia's store, they will always around me and explain to me their latest design and giving me some guide to choose the clothes I want. Only Singapore's store is leaving you alone to shop and didn't provide their service. I'm not recommend to shop at Singapore's store and I won't come back again.

Very sad because when I buy for friend cannot wear they can’t change size for me!!!! And also I’m not buy the promo item, all is original price is not cheap, buy CANNOT wear and CANNOT change just keep in the cabinet very wasted!! I hope the management can change the policy. Coz your item is not $10 or $20!

I didn't know that there is a private event going on at 313 outlet and I jolly well walked in with my friend. Suddenly one of the staff approached me and both of us were being invited out of the outlet, not in a very nice way. Very disappointed. Actually I have the mood of getting something for myself, I can purchase at even no discount at all. Note: Those specially invited doesn't mean they will do any purchase.

Awesome casual youth clothing store with very cheerful clothing and shoes! I generally love bright colors in clothes, and here I managed to find a very unusual t-shirt and longsleeve. I was surprised by the price, for example the lingonberry colored longsleeve is only 120 SGD. And look at the pink t-shirt! You will definitely not want to be boring and black and white anymore.Also awesome shorts and sports shoes. Would love to come here again.

AAPE store good to visit. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. All outfits very nice and stylist. The design are very nice. Super recommended place to shopping and definitely will come again✌️❤️

Aape Clothing has a comfy fabric and comfort to wear for 18 hours busy day and when you sweating doesnt make the shirt heavier easy to dry eventhough the fabric thick but also light the models also up to date see you soon Aape!!

A nice concept store. An awesome customer service by Lamlam. She put in effort to check for me the sizes and designs that I like. The best customer service delivered by her. Will definitely come again and see more of the collection. If not, there is a telegram channel for me to be updated on the new launch. Thank you team Aape .
