I was the only patient at the clinic at 1.45pm. The doctor came in at 1.55pm and told the staff that he had to leave early for a home call at 2.30pm and he cannot see any patient. I was told to go off. I am already there and it will not take more than 5 mins to see me. Very bad to reject a sick patient on a rainy day.

Came on the 4th October 2024, attended by a young female front desk staff and Dr Cheng. They were really nice, pleasant and very helpful. Wonderful service and down to earth people. Very blessed to have met them.

Dr Tan Liat Leng was incredibly thorough in his assessment of my condition. He asked a comprehensive set of questions, making sure no stone was left unturned. He also went ahead to cross check with his peers, which included a haematologist, to determine if his diagnosis was accurate. I felt that he was genuinely concerned about my condition.
The receptionist was also friendly and accommodating. She went ahead to inform me of longer waiting times so I wouldn't have to come so early.
Making an appointment over WhatsApp was also a simple process, with decently quick response times.

If I may give zero star, I would do so. Worst clinic I have ever visited despite it's at a fairly premium location. Doctor is friendly but very rude receptionist (a Chinese lady who looks like she's in her 30s/early 40s). The Chinese receptionist sounds very impatient when we're registering and instead of calling for the patient's name and wait for us to walk over, she wave at us as though she's instructing a dog to go over to the counter.

Waited for 2 hours even though there were only 2 people in front of me. Not efficient at all. Doctor Tan Liat Leng was completely unprofessional. Picked up a phone call in the middle of the consultation. Questioned me on my symptoms and told me what I provided was not sufficient for him to diagnose me? In the end, that further questioning and snark remark rendered to be useless as I was given just a general medication. I was also given a prescription that is not suitable for myself upon research and cross checking with another doctor.

Lousiest clinic I ever visited, was not told that waiting time will be so long(4hours). No news, no update. Reached clinic and waited another 30 mins and still waiting. What kind of nonsense is this? Visit at your own risk or only if you got at least 5 hours to spare waiting.

Tried to called like 100x but no one picking up…
Straight away down like 10.30am but closed
So I walk around n did breakfast, tried back 11.30am thinking before they close for lunch time, but still closed…
Such a wasted my time, do better !!!

Staffs are nice and friendly, and the doctor is very caring and precise. One of the best clinic in Orchard area.
