I don’t know what happened but the drumsticks, not the drumettes, have shrunk significantly (see how small it is in the photo 🥲🥲🥲). Although the soy garlic still tastes good, the drumstick size is just not worth the price ($11.50 for 3). Fries are also not hot when served. Atmosphere is ok but the loudspeaker can be annoying (occasionally calling the same order number repeatedly 3-4 times).

Food is nice but about the staff service is really bad and rude ! Because my order is grabfood self pick up when I go collect ,the lady staff (shoulder length hair) shouting loudly to me that my order is not ready yet for a few times then I show her my phone is ready but she is ignoring me! The point is my food is already there she nvr check properly and assume that the order is not done yet!!!! There was another staff pass me my food was place at ready area…. Please solve this problem. No one should be treated like this.

Lady at cashier was nice but not the ones in kitchen — while waiting my orders, I heard loud screams; not too sure what was happening inside and I didn’t care much. When it was my order, the kitchen lady just slammed my order with force — like excuse me? I didn’t even do anything and treated this way? Mind you that was the first time I saw her? Do something about it. Didn’t get her name, didn’t see any name tags on her.

I had an unpleasant experience at the 4 Finger outlet in Orchard Central when picking up my Grab order during lunch. To my surprise, the portion of Loaded Cheese Fries I received was well below the usual standard, hardly filling half of the paper box. This was disappointing given that I'm a regular buyer and have never encountered such an issue before. Additionally, I was taken aback when the staff member handling my order seemed to throw my food on the counter and walked away in an angry manner. It's important for staff to maintain professionalism, even when customers are simply picking up their orders. I hope the management addresses these concerns and ensures that such incidents don't occur in the future. The quality of service should match the price paid. Update: Here's the 2nd image of the cheese fries that I bought at the other outlet today. Look at the difference!

I went for the Signature Mix Extra, which features a delicious mix of their signature Hot Sauce and Soy Garlic flavors. These come on a generous portion of both drumsticks and chicken wings, offering a nice variety of cuts. The Hot Sauce had a perfect kick and not too spicy, and the Soy Garlic provided a sweet and savory counterpoint. The chicken itself was crispy on the outside and juicy within, but not every piece was created equal. Some were absolute flavor bombs, while others were a touch unevenly coated in sauce. Overall, the flavors were addictive, and the chicken was cooked well. However, the slight inconsistency in the coating kept it from being a flawless experience. If you're looking for delicious Korean-style fried chicken in Orchard, 4Fingers is definitely a strong contender. Just be aware that the chicken might not be uniformly coated every single time.

I couldn’t believe the high rating, so I went in apprehensively. But I needn’t have doubted. I ordered the Signature Wingettes and Drumettes Spicy combo for $11.50. The chicken skin was deliciously crispy, with great salty and sweet sticky flavours. Almost teriyaki like. Flesh was nice and moist and had some sort of marinade. The fries were ok, and the serving kinda small, nothing to write home about. Self service drink but only allowed one serving. Honesty policy. Very satisfying meal. Will be back for sure.

Another fave dining spot of mine since uni. Yummy chicken (with hot sauce) and seaweed fries. Oh, also love their tofu rice box!
