Ordered an avocado milkshake today that tasted nothing like it. Not sure if they fail to wash the blender after each use or the avocado has gone bad. It. was. awful.

Typical encounter makes me puzzled - why can’t they do their job right with basic mutual respect ?
One long faced worker who seems minimally equipped with enthusiasm to work -
Busy behind counter smashing (maybe washing ?) equipments, when I tried to approach with “hello” and zero response from her. Ordered the drink, the drink is served smashing onto the table so unnecessarily. I asked for a take away bag and the shop staff handed it out bluntly. How can the person so unpleasant to deal with to this extend.
Unfortunately this shop sells my favorite drink but had to go through this kind of unfriendly service - I always think twice - Am I ready to face this grump ? Or maybe I don’t have a space for it today. Convenient location brunch but least favorable staffing ! This staff is noticeable if you all ever visit this shop as the vibe of negativity cannot go unrecognizable.
PS - customers are not the nuisance, we’re the reason business exists. The level of service seems to forgotten this.

Brown skin? BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!
Ordered with my kid. The worker started to prepare the juices (3) then she stopped to take the order of three other groups, nothing unusual right? But she prepared their juices (7) first and gave to each of them a loyalty card telling them how they could get an extra juice for free. After an error in our prep we finally get our order and so I decided to ask for this loyalty card. She rolled her eyes and gave it to me like was an animal.
For some it is rudeness, for me it is definitely racism.
And by the way they use jam instead of real mango. Cheers

Lihua Jie & Ayan is always very helpful and friendly with me. From what I’ve observed Soo far they are always spreading good vibes and going above and beyond what they typically need to do. That’s why I’m always support them and get some fruits here

When I visited, there were two employees. The one wearing glasses was kind, but the other employee was extremely, extremely, extremely rude. Her behavior made the experience very unpleasant.

ABC juice was cold pressed (supposed to be better(?)). Juice was not too bad; no added sugar and no large chunks of random fruit bits. Staff wasn't very polite though, although I haven't actually met a polite chain fruit juice staff, so....

I ask for the pineapple fruits and watermelon cup and red apple yakult she mistook as pineapple n Watermelon juice
And my last red apple yakult came being just red apple juice.... I was charge for the yakult .. I need to walk all the way back cuz I don't like to pay for add on but not recieving it.
The fruits are charge double compare to other fruits stall.. eg Watermelon is $4 cup and cubed but I can find 2.50$ elsewhere.
Other fruits stall can be 80 cents or 1.20$ you're charging min 1.50$
U charge so ex but give wrong item but we paid for it. Maybe can consider a sell check out kiosk. Rude staff as mention by others

Purchased a $5.80 drink there but wrongly made $580 through QR pay, the staffs and their boss Mr Lin were helpful and returned me the sum, appreciated! Besides, the avocado without ice was nice though!
