New Snacks and Sweets at Takashimaya Food Hall B2: Taiyaki, Donuts and Tutu Kueh
Takashimaya Department Store's Food Hall at B2 has added a lineup of new snacks and sweets, from Crunchy Peanut Taiyaki and Okonomiyaki Oko Sticks to Pandan Kaya and Bandung drinks. Shoppers can also pick up Flossy Lion donuts, Tutu Kueh and discounted teas from The Whale Tea. Here is what each stall is offering.
Mister Donut Flossy Pon De Lion
Mister Donut offers its Flossy Pon De Lion at $2.80 each, in both Normal and Spicy variants. The lion-themed donuts come in branded paper bags with the chain's signature yellow flower pattern.
St. Leaven Bakery Crispy Rice Cake
St. Leaven Bakery sells its Crispy Rice Cake at $1.30 each, with bundle deals of 3 for $3.60 (a $0.90 saving) and 5 for $5.50 (a $1.70 saving).
Mr Obanyaki Crunchy Peanut Taiyaki
Mr Obanyaki serves the Crunchy Peanut Taiyaki at $2.80 each. The golden-brown, flaky pastry is filled with peanut butter and topped with crushed peanuts.
The Whale Tea Jumbo Promotions
The Whale Tea has promotional pricing on its jumbo drinks: the Jumbo Osmanthus Honey Green Tea is now $6.90, down from $8.60, and the Jumbo Osmanthus Honey Lemon is now $7.60, down from $9.50.
Yi Kou Wei Tutu Kueh
Yi Kou Wei offers Tutu Kueh at 5 for $7.50, with Coconut, Peanut, Black Sesame and Gula Melaka flavours. Each flower-shaped kueh rests on a green leaf in a branded box of five.
Alongside these stalls, the Food Hall also features Okonomiyaki Oko Sticks and Pandan Kaya and Bandung drinks. All items are available at the Food Hall, B2 of Takashimaya Department Store.
