Chef Paul Longworth brings the signatures of his Michelin-starred restaurant Rhubarb to 1-Atico at ION Orchard, presenting an exclusive 5-course experience inspired by the techniques he honed while leading the acclaimed kitchen. The limited-run dinner takes place on Thursday to Saturday evenings from 15 October until the end of 2026, with only twenty seats per service.
Guests dine at 1-Atico (55-01) with panoramic skyline views of Singapore, pairing each course with a curated wine selection. The menu reflects Longworth's refined approach, showcasing the precision and creativity that earned Rhubarb its Michelin star.
