FIRE at 1-Atico ION Orchard Serves National Day Menu on 9 August
FIRE at 1-Atico, located at ION Orchard (units 55-01 and 56-01), presents a special National Day menu available only on 9 August. The menu brings local Singaporean flavours to an Argentinian feast, featuring the sharp floral notes of pickled torch ginger, the fragrance of laksa leaf, and the peppery crunch of ulam raja.
The one-day-only menu incorporates familiar local ingredients into Argentinian-style dishes. The spread includes crab shells with garnish, a seafood dish plated on ice with greens and shredded carrots, rice pilaf with herbs and orange zest, bread rolls, and a yellow dip decorated with purple flowers, with fresh tulip flowers as garnish throughout.
