Spent here at this store several thousands (quite a lot of money) but despite this when I asked the favor of calling the boss store at the airport and reserve a shirt for me they were not helpful at all and used so many excuses (“the airport store does not have a phone number”, or “the airport store cannot reserve items for you, not even the ones not on sale”). They managed to mess up my duty free declaration to the point that they contacted me and told me that I have to go back to their store to have it fixed. They did not even try to fix it first and see what the issue was. Just average customer service that a store and brand like Boss should not tolerate and should rather invest in hiring competent people and training them properly

I t’s shame for a luxury brand to offer a so poor level of service.
Staff processing the payment was absolutely odious with us because he had only 1 way of payment and was not able to manage his stress with the customer flow.

Was treated so badly by the staff for leather jacket exchange. Hope the management realise how badly their staff is or give them some basic training. After all she is from Singaporean.. what more one can expect.

Went to the store today to get some Polo T's took me awhile to get some assistance. Asked an employee for assistance and he asked another person to assist. I have been avoiding this outlet because of the service. They will just ignore ur existence. 4 staff behind the counter and all ignoring you. It's absurd.
I prefer the Mandarin Gallery and Hugo outlet at Ion. The staff there are so much friendlier and attentive.
