x2 Temp Event Ambassador (Gift Redemptions) at Orchard, $15/hr

Job Descriptions:

• Assist customers with redeeming their campaign gifts
• Verify customer eligibility and ensure a smooth redemption process
• Manage and organise gift inventory throughout the day
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of redemptions
• Keep the redemption area clean, organised and welcoming
• Report any operational issues or customer feedback to the campaign coordinator

Salary: $15/hr

Location: Orchard

Period: 23 February to 31 July 2026

Working Hours:

• Weekday Schedule: 23 to 27 February, 11.30am to 2.30pm (peak hours coverage)
• Weekend Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 11am to 4.30pm

Work Attire: Tshirt will be given

Job Requirements:

• Minimally O Level Holders
• Must be available to work weekends from February to July 2026, from 10am to 5pm
• Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping others
• Punctual, reliable and able to work independently
• Has good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• No prior experience required – training will be provided on the job
