Wound Care/ Home Care Nurse ( 5.5 Days, Office Hours, Up 5 K ) #HVY

Job Scope

• To conduct home visits to provide assessment and nursing care to clients

• Providing care for both acute and chronic wounds.

• Initiating appropriate wound management for the patients namely negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), conventional dressing and application of 2 and 4 layers compression bandage.

• Educate patient and family members on wound healing process and issues.

• Providing care for patients

• Educate and counsel patient and family members on care and choosing the appropriate sappliances.

• Demonstrate stoma care to the primary caregiver.

Requirement

• Diploma in Nursing

- at least 2 years of nursing experience

- must be able to do rotational Saturday, Public Holidays and on call duties
