We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

📍 Location: Paragon
🗓️ Work Days: 2-5 days a week (including 1 weekend)
⏰ Working Hours: 5-8 hours/day
📌 Open to Singaporeans, PRs & LTVPs only

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries
• Manage spa bookings and scheduling accurately
• Process payments and maintain proper records
• Support daily reception operations to ensure smooth service flow
• Work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — training will be provided
• Friendly, responsible, and professional in handling guests
• Able to work weekends on a rotational basis
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must be Singaporean or PR
