VM Graphic Designer (Fashion)

About the Role

Adecco is partnering with an internationally recognized fashion brand to hire a VM Graphic Designer (one year renewable/convertible contact). In this role, you will support the development and execution of visual merchandising and graphic programs across retail environments, ensuring a compelling and consumer-focused shopping experience.

You will collaborate closely with regional and local teams to translate global creative direction into impactful in-store graphics, VM toolkits, and campaigns that enhance brand presence and drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising graphics and guidelines to support retail campaigns and seasonal product storytelling
• Adapt global creative assets into localized VM toolkits for retail, wholesale, and outlet channels
• Support the execution of window displays, in-store navigation, and visual communication to elevate brand presentation
• Partner with retail, merchandising, and marketing teams to align VM execution with product launches and business priorities
• Create planograms and visual guidelines to ensure consistent product presentation across stores
• Coordinate with vendors to manage production of VM props, graphics, and décor elements
• Conduct market visits to review store execution and provide recommendations to enhance visual standards
• Prepare reports and visual feedback decks to share best practices and improve VM execution across markets

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or graphic design, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands
• Strong graphic design and DTP proficiency, especially in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience supporting store visual presentation across multiple stores or markets
• Strong project coordination and vendor management skills
• Ability to translate brand direction into compelling retail visual experiences
