Job Summary

You will support patients throughout their dental journey by clearly explaining treatments, responding promptly to enquiries, scheduling appointments efficiently, guiding patients during visits, and providing a welcoming experience upon arrival.

Job Scope

• Process CHAS claims accurately to support patient subsidies
• Welcome potential patients warmly before their clinic visit to encourage consultations
• Greet patients warmly upon arrival to create a friendly and professional environment
• Explain dental treatments clearly to patients to help them understand options and make informed decisions
• Respond promptly and accurately to patient enquiries to provide helpful information and support
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow and enhance patient convenience
• Guide patients through each step of their visit to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience
• Explain treatment plans to patients after consultations to ensure clarity and build patient confidence
• Prepare day-end revenue summaries to support clinic financial tracking and reporting
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients to encourage ongoing care and trust
