Vice President of Growth

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership (Singapore): Spearhead growth initiatives for online Chinese, Math, and Music programs in the Singapore market. Take full accountability for overall revenue and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Global Offline Expansion: Lead user acquisition for global physical learning centers (focusing on Singapore). Manage multi-channel strategies including digital performance marketing, strategic partnerships, offline events, and referral programs to drive new student enrollment and optimize CAC.
• Global Online Growth Management: Oversee online growth operations across global markets, with direct leadership over local teams in Singapore and China. Supervise cross-functional departments, including Marketing Planning, Performance Marketing, Xiaohongshu (Red) Operations, and Creative Design.

Requirements

• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; minimum of 5 years of experience in the EdTech or education & training industry.
• Leadership: At least 2 years of senior management experience in international markets, with a proven track record of scaling successful projects.
• Expertise: Deep proficiency in Search, Display, and Feed advertising. Thorough understanding of platform algorithms, marketing orchestration, and strategic business partnership design.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills with the ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve complex issues. Highly goal-oriented with exceptional business judgment.
• Data-Driven Mindset: High learning agility and data sensitivity. Possess a natural intuition for consumer insights and a commitment to data-driven and market-led decision-making.
  

岗位职责

• 全面负责新加坡地区的“在线中文/数学/音乐”三个学科培训业务的增长，对整体营业收入、CAC负责
• 全面负责全球线下培训机构的用户增长（重点新加坡线下培训机构），包含线上投放/合作、线下活动/转介绍，对新签收入、CAC负责
• 同时兼顾全球市场线上用户增长业务，分管“新加坡、中国”两个区的本地用户增长团队，包含营销策划团队、投放团队、小红书团队、设计团队。

职位要求

• 本科或者以上学历，5年教育培训行业经验
• 至少2年以上海外市场高级管理岗位经验，有具体操盘的成功案例
• 精通“搜索类、展示类、信息流类的广告投放，精通平台算法、营销策划、商业合作方案设计。
• 拥有快速分析问题，定位问题，解决问题的能力。具备极强目标感，业务判断能力
• 拥有较强的学习能力，对数据敏感，对消费者洞察具有天然的敏感度，数据和市场驱动的决策者
