Vessel Accountant

•  Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL)
•  Reviewing and validating of vessel expenses for assigned vessels
•  Prepare monthly vessel reports for company and third-party owners
•  Perform data entry for invoices, including intercompany transactions
•  Maintain accurate financial records and balance sheet schedules
•  Verify and reconcile accounting transactions with supporting documentation
•  Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and process supplier payments
•  Prepare payments for assigned currencies and ad-hoc payments
•  Review and validate staff claims

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’ degree/Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent qualifications

Years of Relevant Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of accounting, preferably in maritime/ logistic industry
