Vaccination Nurse Lead

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily programme operations, including scheduling, manpower deployment, and site readiness

• Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines, clinical protocols, and vaccine cold-chain standards

• Perform and supervise HPV vaccinations and ensure proper documentation

• Lead, train, and support nurses and vaccination assistants

• Liaise with school coordinators; handle enquiries, feedback, and reporting

• Manage vaccine supplies, equipment inventory, and administrative records

• Perform any other duties which may be assigned

Requirements: 

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent preferred

• Experience in vaccination or community health an advantage

• Able to lead and support a nursing team

• Familiar with clinical protocols and vaccine handling

• Comfortable with scheduling, coordination, and site operations

• Willing to work across multiple locations
