UX Researcher

Key Responsibilities

• Loves data and analyses them to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into digital business decisions.
• Responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include users and business requirements, activities and strategic design approach.
• Will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
• Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect the business vision with our Human
• Centered Design thinking and strategy that facilitates delightful user experiences.

Prerequisites

• Work with UI/UX teams to prioritize business goals and information needed to craft the digital and design strategy
• Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide insightful reports
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
