*Urgent* Retail Operation Manager (Sport Brand) (up to $8500) #NJE

• Lead daily operations, ensuring visual, brand, merchandising and operational “door to floor” standards are consistently executed.
• Communicate and Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals to your team, motivating them to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee onboarding and continuous training to drive Employee Engagement and ensure all team members integrate well into team culture, and achieve service and operational standards.
• Use business insights and possess commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team development sessions
• Manage stock operations, including deliveries, audits, and cycle counts, in line with HQ policies.
• Act as the key liaison between the store, HQ, and Territory partners, sharing updates on product, promotions, operations, and policy changes.
