Job Description

Provides on-site technical support, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance services for machines ( Laser Processing Machines, PCB Drilling Machines etc.)
Deliver high quality technical support to our customers
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service
Prepare reports, ‘Contact and Consult’ at work
Stay updated with new technology and industry trend to maintain expertise and provide proactive support including thinking flexibly
Any other technical or engineering related duties assigned by Management
