The Job:

• Review of customers' orders to assess requirements
• Process and maintain customers' orders
• Prioritize orders with issues
• Perform research in SAP HANA
• Resolves customers' claims with functional Departments
• Monitor or expedite orders
• Perform other duties when assigned

The Requirements:

• Experience in program management
• 2-4 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in SAP and MS office
