Job Description

Sales Performance reporting - Weekly HNW sales reporting across all channels
DE2 tracking and reporting, including quarterly PDC reporting (by notation)
Review and Validate DE2 requests raised by BDMs before further approvals, ensuring supporting documentation is sighted and collated for all requests
Cost Centre expense tracking, monitoring (actual vs budget) and monthly reporting
Support and review EAFs preparation
Collate SOPs for the new HNW department, and support the development of new SOPs, custodian for HNW dept SOPs
Manage 2027 budgeting cycle (usually starts in August)
Expense management
Trend analysis, data interpretation, story boardingand commentaries for management review
Review all SOP and develop controls report
Annual audit
Any other projects/tasks assigned
