Job Description

Perform in-depth investigation of card scam cases. This includes analysing, evidence gathering, interviewing, and putting up comprehensive recommendations to the management in line with the E-Payments user protection guidelines (“EUPG”).
Prepare the detailed investigation reports (e.g. MAS, FIDReC).
Liaise and follow-up with customers to investigate the scam cases and inform customer on the outcome of the scam cases.
Ensure that the cases assigned are followed up within the given timeline.
