- Checker Waivers/ GIRO & Transaction Processing
- Manage the Waivers, Transfer of Balances & ATM Issuing disputes
- Waivers Processing
- Processing of GIRO
- Issuance of Cashier’s /Order/Transfer of Balances/Commission/BIB
- Timely submission of monthly reports (Waivers/Chargeback Recovery)
- Review Suspense a/cs ban – to track & clear long outstanding items
- Back up MC Chargeback
