Job Description

Issuance of invoices in accordance to billing requests.
Process and apply customer payments through multiple payment methods.
Reconcile bank receipts with online transactions and investigate discrepancies.
Verification of system generated invoices in relation of manual request and perform all necessary adjustment (if required).
Completeness of month end billing processes.
Posting of Journal Entries.
Dispute resolution with relevant stakeholders and customers.
Involvement during BRM upgrade such as testing and ensuring data correctness.
To assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
