Graduate Engagement with technical institutes - career talks etc.
Source, Organize and Participate Career Fairs
Coordinating with recruitment agencies
Initial review of CV before sharing with the hiring manager
Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates/agencies
Following up on interview outcomes and obtaining approval for offers
Raising a ticket for offer letter preparation
Issuing offer letters to candidates/agencies
Collecting candidate information for work pass processing (where applicable)
Coordinate with candidates/agencies for arranging medical examinations and Food Safety Course enrolment
Coordinating for join date and initiating onboarding
