What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of administering a portfolio of client structures, including trusts, companies, and funds, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Partner closely with Client Servicing Managers to deliver exceptional service and responsive support to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date trust administration records and systems
• Coordinate with external stakeholders—banks, corporate secretaries, and professional advisors—to support transactions and ongoing client activities
• Support due diligence, documentation, and compliance processes in line with regulatory expectations and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services, corporate services, or trust administration (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply)
• A proactive, self-driven individual with a strong sense of accountability
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
