• Min A-Level or Polytechnic Diploma
• Organised and meticulous, able to multitask and handle tight timelines
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities with a positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Zoom, Teams, and digital engagement tools like Kahoot!

Job Description

• Provide administrative and logistical support for learning programmes, seminars, conferences, and study visits.
  
• Handle full programme administration, including course setup, participant registration, travel coordination, attendance tracking, and course evaluations.
  
• Manage procurement activities and ensure accurate tracking of expenditures.
  
• Support timely billing, payments, and proper documentation in accordance with service standards.
  
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and achievement of programme KPIs.
