• Receiving product and loading inventory into our management system, including receiving, counting & sorting product, inventorying & merchandizing product, product location management, and warehouse/inventory space organization & management.

• Timely execution of entire order fulfilment processes, including printing order invoices, and pulling,

• Packing & shipping customers’ orders.

• General customer service, including responding to customer concerns/questions, and issuing item/order refunds or discounts when necessary.
