Temp Patient Service Associate (West) #HZO

Location: Bukit Panjang
Duration: Till End June 2026
Pay: $10/hr

Working Hours:
5.5 days per week, 42 hours weekly
OT applies after 44 hours/week
Staggered Shifts (not eligible for alternate Saturday):
7:30am – 4:00pm (Mon–Fri), 7:30am – 12:00pm (Sat)
8:00am – 4:30pm (Mon–Fri), 8:00am – 12:30pm (Sat)
8:30am – 5:00pm (Mon–Fri), 8:30am – 1:00pm (Sat)

Job Scope:

• Promote the app and assist patients in downloading it
• Guide patients at self-payment kiosks and self-registration kiosks; educate on mobile payment
• Provide support for other tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• No experience as training will be provided
