Temp Patient Service Associate -West #HZO

Location: Bukit Panjang
Salary: $10/hr
Duration: Till End June 2026
Working Hours: 5.5days, 42hrs weekly. OT starts after 44 hours weekly.

Staggered Hours (not eligible for alternate Saturday)

• 7.30am-4pm (Mon-Fri), 7.30am-12pm (Sat) /

• 8am-4.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8am-12.30pm (Sat) /

• 8.30am-5pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am-1pm (Sat)

Job Scope:

• Promote healthcare app and assist patients to download the app.
• Guide patients at self-payment kiosk and self-registration kiosk, and educate them on mobile payment.
• Provide support as and when required.

Job Requirements:
• Min. A level/ Diploma in any field
• No experience as training will be provided
